Magazine publishers often have campaigns to increase their subscribers by offering trial subscription from ₤1.00 with free gifts. We as consumers can take advantage of such promotions by signing up and canceling it before the next payment is due. As a result, we would receive a far more valuable free gift than our investment plus the magazine all delivered for free to our doorsteps. On the other hand, if you like the magazine, you can continue to subscribe it at cheaper than newsagent rates.
